Accreditation and Affiliations

What is Accreditation?

Accreditation is a process of self-study and analysis, a comparison to established standards, an assessment of a school's mission, a commitment to quality education, and a willingness to be accountable.  Each accrediting body requires re-evaluation after a pre-determined number of years to ensure that high standards continue to be met as the school grows and develops. Our faculty, staff, parents, students and trustees recently completed an intensive self-study to apply for dual accreditation with the New England Association of Schools and Colleges (www.neasc.org) and the Association of Christian Schools International (www.acsi.org).  On February 7, 2012 we were notified that we were approved for accreditation for grades Pre-K-12 with the New England Association of Schools and Colleges.  The Accreditation Commission for the Association of Christian Schools International will be making their decision at their spring meeting.
