Dear Trinity Families,

PLEASE NOTE THERE IS NO BASKETBALL PRACTICE THIS THURSDAY AFTERNOON AND NEXT WEEK (February vacation). Practices will resume after vacation.

Re-Enrollment is right around the corner! Currently enrolled TCA students are given first priority until March 23rd to re-enroll.  The Re-Enrollment Fee will remain the same as last year:  $420 per child. ($300 of which is applied to your 2012-2013 Tuition)  After March 23rd, ($200 is applied to Tuition) After July 31st, the Re-Enrollment Fee remains at $420, none of which is applied to Tuition.  Due to inflation and rising costs, there will be a $200 increase in the 2012-2013 Tuition rate (this amount is prorated based on two, three or five days for Pre-K) .  

NEWS FLASH--TRINITY WILL ONCE AGAIN OFFER A REFERRAL INCENTIVE OF $200 OFF YOUR TUITION FOR EACH STUDENT YOU REFER WHO IS OFFICIALLY ACCEPTED AND ENROLLED.

• The student(s) MUST be NEW to Trinity.  They can not be a sibling from an existing enrolled family. They can not have previously applied or been enrolled.
• The applicant must indicate in writing that they were referred by you on their application when the initial application is turned in.  We can not accept any verbal referrals before or after the application is submittedit must be clearly written on the application.
• The applicant must be officially accepted and enrolled at Trinity in order to receive $200 off your 2012-2013 tuition.  Official acceptance is determined through the admissions process which includes academic assessment, shadowing, and headmaster interview.  Other factors include class size.  A student is not considered officially enrolled until the tuition agreement contract has been signed.
• The amount of the incentive ($200 per student enrolled) is a one-time incentive for tuition during 2012-2013.  The incentive amount received will be applied to your 2012-2013 tuition only.  It will not be applied to other school fees and it can not be applied to the following year's tuition (2013-2014).
• This offer expires on September 5, 2012.

Trinity's  Financial Aid Program.  Families wishing to apply for financial aid should start and complete the process now.  Financial aid is awarded on a first come, first served basis.  Please refer to the Financial Aid Process at http://www.trinitychristiancapecod.org/admissions/tuition--financial-aid.html . After March 23rd, enrollment at TCA is open until April 1st for siblings of current students and then to new students.  It is important for TCA families to know that in light of recent school closings, we are receiving many inquiries from new students for next year and some of our classes are looking very full.

SAVE THE DATE:  Trinity's Annual Mandatory Parent Meeting will be held on Thursday, March 1st at 6:30 PM at the Zion Union Church on Attucks Road in Hyannis.  The meeting will include important updates and the State of the School report from Mr. Haskell.  A time of fellowship, refreshments and celebration of our accreditation for parents will follow--more info to come soon!!!  This event is for parents only.

TRINITY CHRISTIAN ACADEMY RECEIVES ACCREDITATION!!!! 

We were notified on Tuesday, February 7th by the New England Association of Schools and Colleges (NEASC) that Trinity Christian Academy has been officially approved for accreditation!!!
