Full Time PreK Teacher's Aide

Trinity Christian Academy is looking to hire a FULL TIME PreK Teacher's Aide. We believe that TCA's staff are integral to equipping students to chart a course of lifelong learning and leading through Christian education. TCA prepares their students to become effective, responsible, and pleasing servants of Jesus Christ and guide them in comprehending and applying the fundamental doctrines of the Christian faith and their practical implications for life in the future ahead.

Teacher Qualifications/Skills:

-Assist the lead teacher with lesson implementation, reinforcing learning, and providing individual support to students.

-Desire and ability to work with students at the specified age level with diverse backgrounds and levels of ability toward accomplishing their educational goals.

-Provide a welcoming, inclusive learning atmosphere for all students.

-Monitor children during playtime, naptime, and transitions, ensuring their safety and well-being.

-Observe children's behavior and development, reporting any concerns to the teacher.

-Assist the lead teacher in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe learning environment.

-Communicate effectively with students, parents, and school administrators and other staff.

-The ability to be flexible with scheduling and shared responsibilities.
