Middle School

Trinity Christian Academy's Middle School is comprised of grades 6-8, focusing on preparing students for a comprehensive and robust high school experience.  The academic program at Trinity's Middle School serves as an effective bridge between elementary school and college.  Key to this transition is the experience of changing classes, adjusting to a variety of teachers, and balancing academic requirements and extracurricular activities, which we continue to increase each year.

Building on the solid foundational experience of Trinity's Elementary Program, our middle school curriculum prepares students for the rigors of our college-preparatory high school.  Students study the core subjects of math, science, English, history, Bible, and foreign language.  This core curriculum is enhanced with art, music, technology, physical education, health, and a weekly chapel.  Guided by a passionate, qualified faculty, the junior high program consistently ties Christian faith into academic learning in a way that challenges students toward a broader worldview based on God's truth.

A variety of unique program offerings are available to complement the core junior high academic curriculum.  Middle school students are encouraged to participate in extracurricular team sports, clubs, and student council.  Life science comes alive for the seventh graders during an annual four-day trip to the Cape Cod National Seashore, while the eighth graders venture to Washington, D.C. Eighth graders are also encouraged to assume positions of leadership as they progress through a curriculum designed to further develop critical thinking and study skills in preparation for high school.
