TCA Basketball Season Registration

This form is to register your child to participate in the Trinity Christian Academy Basketball program.

By submitting the form and payment, I understand that if my child is new to TCA Athletics, I must also submit the following items in addition to this form in order to complete registration for the upcoming Basketball season.

Pre-participation Head Injury Concussion Reporting Form 2023
Athlete handbook page 15 signed and turned in

Basketball players must bring their own shoes and socks for practice. Uniforms will be given out and must be returned at the end of the season.
