TCA is looking for an experienced and passionate Science teacher for our Upper Level students (grades 8 - 12). The position requires an ability to plan, organize and implement an approved curriculum with the possibility of proctoring students in online science as needed.

Our ideal candidate will utilize student-centered, differentiated instruction and varied teaching techniques to create an environment where students flourish. The main objective for our science teacher is for students to more fully understand the science material they are learning and to even grow in their curiosity and interest in science.

Objectives of this Role

•Foster biblically-rooted, interdisciplinary learning and instruction according to best practices and TCA’s teaching standards while keeping a focus on the educational needs and abilities of students
•Integrate Christian worldview into each course activities and assessments
•Plan, prepare, and teach lessons, promoting the general progress and well-being of individual students and groups of students
