Part Time Teachers Aide

TCA is looking to hire a part time "floating" Teachers Aide for grade levels K-12th. Teachers at TCA prepare their students to become effective, responsible, and pleasing servants of Jesus Christ and guide them in comprehending and applying the fundamental doctrines of the Christian faith and their practical implications for life in the future ahead. We are continually on the lookout for quality teachers at all grade levels to come be a part of a learning environment that encourages students to develop their full academic, social, and spiritual potential.

Qualifications/Skills:

-Assist the lead teacher with lesson implementation, reinforcing learning, and providing individual support to students.

-Desire and ability to work with students of grade levels K-12th.

-Provide a welcoming, inclusive learning atmosphere for all students.

-Monitor children ensuring their safety and well-being.

-Observe children's behavior and development, reporting any concerns to the teacher.

-Assist the lead teacher in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe learning environment.

-Communicate effectively with students, parents, and school administrators and other staff.

-The ability to be flexible with daily classroom placement and shared responsibilities.
