Announcing a new partnership with Forte Fitness, doing Forte Ninja!
Beginning weekly on January 23 through February 23rd from 4-4:50pm. Students will enjoy the ever growing array of obstacles as they learn about obstacle course racing, proper technique, and participate in cardiovascular and strength building activities. This fun environment also develops self-esteem, confidence and a sense of accomplishment in a structured classes, helping children improve self-control and experience the importance of discipline.
Due to safety precautions this class is limited to the first 16 students who sign up. Instructions for signup will be distributed via backpacks during the week of January 8, 2024.
You must be between 6 and 9 years old to participate.

When: Every Tuesday starting January 23 till February 27 -Including a bonus Saturday February 24 from 12-12:50 pm (this class will include some of the Barnstable Rec students)
Cost: $110 this will be charged to your FACTS account to avoid extra fees.
