The next TCA Ninja Class program at Forte Fitness for students ages 4-5 years old will begin on Friday, March 8 continuing every Friday until April 12 at 3:15-3:50 pm for six weeks. There will be a 7th bonus session on Saturday, April 13 from 12 till 12:50 pm. This class is limited to the first 10 students who have their “client registration” form in and the FACTS consent signed in the office.

As a Forte Ninja student they will learn about obstacle course racing, receive instruction on proper technique and participate in cardiovascular and strength building activities.
They will have plenty of time to enjoy the ever growing array of obstacles, ninja classes are not only fun, but they aid in building self-esteem, confidence and a sense of accomplishment in the structured class, help children improve their self-control and experience the importance of discipline.
Due to safety precautions this class is limited to the first 10 students who sign up. Forte Fitness has the safety waiver that they will have you sign on the first day of class. Please plan to arrive a few minutes early to sign the electronic waiver and stay on site.
