Admissions Process

We are excited you’ve decided to apply to TCA. We understand that choosing a school for your child is one of the most important decisions your family will make. We accept applications on a rolling basis and are happy to work with you every step of the way.

When to Apply

Open enrollment typically begins around March 1st each year. Families are encouraged to begin the application process as soon as possible.  Trinity Christian Academy partners with Veracross for our online application, which is the hub for everything you need to apply to TCA. Here you will submit your information and track your child’s application progress.

Apply

To apply, follow these steps (the complete list of steps for a candidate to apply to Trinity Christian Academy can be accessed in Veracross):

1. Log into your Veracross account and click Manage Your Application Checklist.

*Veracross setup will occur in March
2. Complete the application and agreement and fee sections requirements.
3. Request supporting documents from your current school which include recommendations and school records.
4. Submit file uploads (photo, birth certificate, and recommendation forms).
5. Family interviews will be scheduled after a review of the complete application where applicants being considered for admission are invited to meet with the Head of School or Assistant Head of School.
6. Once the admissions team has come to a decision, a letter of acceptance will be sent by email along with a hard copy in the mail. Due to high demand for many of our classes, applicants receiving an offer of admission will have ten (10) days to enroll.

*In order to be eligible for Pre-Kindergarten, children must be four (4) years old by September 1st.

*To be eligible for kindergarten, children must be five (5) years old by September 1st.

*Waiting List: If your child was not placed because enrollment in that grade is full, the application will be held for a maximum of one school year and you will be notified if an opening becomes available. Re-registration for current families is determined first before openings become available for new applicants.
